Stomach Virus......Or what?

2 days ago I had a really bad headache. Yest I woke up Throwing up, feeling really weak. I ended up calling out of work and sleeping all day. I didn't eat anything. Today I woke up and finally got out of bed bc my back is hurting so much from sleeping. I still feel shity and I keep taking meds but nothing is helping. I just feel weak and I still feel like I'm going to throw up but I haven't. I have no taste in my mouth with water or any kind of foods. I also smoke but when I tried having a cig today it tasted so nasty. I don't know what is wrong with me. Oh and my lips are really numb .... Is this the stomach virus?
