Halloween costume decision?

ive narrowed down the choices on my halloween costume to either gangster like 20s mafia or scarface or gangsta like hip hop or emo person, please tell me which one to do, or an even better idea (my sisters friend jokingly said i should be a girl when i asked her this question ) and also how to put the costume together
