My pinkie and a little of my ring finger have gone numb. I think it's a pinched nerve. Any help?

I'm almost 100% positive this is just a pinched (Ulnar I think? It's a nerve in your elbow) nerve. Some sites say to stretch, but I have no idea how I should stretch.
