I keep getting the error message and my page freezes i have regcure and use it?

i have the download optimize-your-pc.com/regcure have used it but still get error reporting coming up. it shows when my screne freezes and that is most of the time. it all started when i tried to upload photos to facebock but directx kept stopping the upload so i removed the flashplayer with the directx. when i had finished thats when the problems started i keep getting the flashplayer install box up i click do not install and the page freezes. do i need to reinstall windows to solve this problem? please help
