I am trying to find a dark elf on morrowind?

she is a mage and is in a tower where there are 3 people in and one has a Telvanni Cephalopod Helm that is enchanted and the other is another male who is right next to him and has an enchanted helmet as well. then across the hall is the female dumner who has a bookshelf behind her and has crap on it. along on that whole part of the building there are mushrooms and vines and crap like that. there is one door entering the place. if anyone could tell me the names of one of those people it would be very helpfull!
