Don't immedietely propose to her or else she'd be intimidated. She doesn't seem angry at you now..just a bit hesitant and curious to see if you've changed. For now, just be her friend. You haven't gained her trust yet, and if you haven't done that, then a relationship isn't possible. Just act nice and sensible and talk to her as you would a good acquaintance. Don't make any moves toward her yet, but watch for her signs and see what she does. If all seems favorable and she is friendly with you, then proceed.
