Sued by drunk driver in accident?

Am being sued by a drunk driver in an accident. I was found at fault but she was charged with a DUI. The vehicle was insured and I am considered an uninsured motorist on the policy, as I had permission to be driving. She sustained a broken bone and claiming neck and back. She wants over a million. Got served with papers. I am a full time student with part time income and about $80,000 in school debt coming. What is going to happen?
