3 and half month old fussy daughter.?

I am working and leave my 3 and half months old daughter with my dad in law and a maid. She is quite for all day long takes her feeds and play but in the evening she start crying like anything, doesn't show interest in feeds. I used to give her a colic drops bt doesn't seems to working. Can anyone help me how to calm my anjel. She is on formula milk as I was not producing enough milk for her. I do feed her twice in the evening.
