What is the diffence between these two hits the other night !?

Matt Cullen was taken out by a high hit by Colton Orr and was a very Questionable hit. Johan Franzen goes into the corner and cheap shots Jackman with a very high elbow. I mean besides the obvious fact that Franzen wouldn't defend himself when walker came over and gave him a sound "************" that he deserved. At least Orr defended himself after the hit and being a "goon" isn't that what he is paid to do?.
