So many numbers! Who can do the math!!!!!!?

My period started on the 5th of october lasted about 6 days. I have a pretty average cycle about 27 days more specifically. When woul I ovulate? This past week my bf and I have been "practicing" (if you know what i mean) And my are sore. They get sore like 2 weeks before my period. Would that affect anything?
