I have around 30 lbs of pure body fat I want to lose. What I was wondering is if I will notice a difference. Like now I get wore out and tired when I run or do strenuous activity. I am a 25 year old male, 5'8", 180 lbs, 27% body fat. I want to get down to 150 lbs, with 10% body fat. Does 30 lbs really make that much of a difference.
