I have a few questions about Iron Chef America?

honestly i think its just a secret ingredient for us... i think they let the chefs know ahead of time so they can have everything they need on head..thats the only logical answer 2 me. i have neva seen a kitchen stocked with everything u can think of, especially some of the stuff they come up with. and i really dont know who won that battle with bobby flay because i missed it 2....
