feeding- Need help quick!?

I have a newborn that is currently eating about 4 oz every couple hours. Per pediatrician, we needed to supplement with formula at leastt 3-4 feedings per day because of a weight issue. This caused my supply issues and I've been trying everything possible since to get my supply up and nothing seems to be working. My supply is almost completely gone now. I've tried the Fennugreek- no luck. At every feeding I start him at the and then finish the rest with the bottle because I'm no where near producing enough to satisfy him. I'm even trying to pump in between feedings but I'm only getting less than 1 oz TOTAL! What can I do so that I don't lose my supply completely?!?!?
