94 Jeep Cherokee want start?

ok heres the deal i have a jeep that i just bought, i woke up the other morning and started it with no problem started to move realized i had a flat tire so i turned off the jeep got out my pump connected it to the cig lighter pumped up my tire and then tried to start the car and nothing happens i replaced the starter has tried a jump multiple times even a battery swap!! still nothing the fuel pump engages when i turn the ignition on by an auxiliary switch and power goes down to the starter and solenoid, but when i turn the key nothing happens there is no noise only silence. Does anyone have any advice?
